btw .. funny how until the CFO noted that cost in the FY 2013's K
the *crew* .. never acknowledged .. what some of us *retail*
have pointed out for years
the incredible expense (cost) to a start up in transition to stay *current*
for the entity that aids and abets (and some say is owned outright)
by those who manipulate the markets
