FALSE, there isnt an AUDIT performed on a quarterly here in JBII, nor is there a requirement to audit quarterly filings. The quarterly is reviewed IN HOUSE and that is all, every single quarterly filed by JBII is certified reviewed by the CEO and CFO and that is all. The cost is simply whatever they are paying the CFO to do his job.
The 10K was already prepared, the 10Q should have also been prepared right beside it and filed the same day as there would be no additional information requirements.
