"Bill" Delgado, President/CEO of Global Digital Solutions, Inc., commented, "Although these contracts seem smaller in nature, they will collectively contribute, over the year, approximately $2,000,000 of our 2012 projected revenues. In addition, these routine projects contribute a larger Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) margin than the larger infrastructure projects, typically in excess of 20%. We plan to expand our recurring routine maintenance work throughout the Western United States."
