NO...SEC does not have any jurisdiction over SMBs...
but unless PAID OFF or STUPID as a ROCK...
SEC officials could easily look at the games played in SMB posts and "discover" who the FRAUDsters are trading & using illegal means in OTC stocks...

They get "perks" from "winking & looking the other way" every day!
I bet the "federalies" have names that are not even on the lists of shareholders who KEEP/REPORT names just to keep the "corrupted" worried that the game will implode and take them with it!
