Reading the way the whole program is explained, SimplePrepay now contains all of the loyalty rewards features of JanesCard. This probably helps SP be better positioned as a feature product in their intended merger.
It seems like some of the IP owned by SKTO was borrowed. While that may not seem like a big deal, what else can AEGY claim as its own?
