BCAP has moved 2/3 times a year traditionally: July / November / March. That's with or without news.
What we know from the share freeze vote 2 years ago is that BCAP had over 1,600 shareholders. Even without news BCAP recently ran to $0.0017. With BCAP going current and news flowing anything is possible.
Bear in mind:
1. White Financial now exists which it didn't 2 years ago (was just forming)
2. CYBK exists and BCAP received $330k consulting fees
3. RIGH claim exists and RIGH has never provided any proof of payment
4. Green Energy Savings recently acquired IGBG (probably means a bunch more revenue for BCAP)
5. Yet to see debt payments from TGGI (again more assets on BCAP's balance sheet)
6. X Factor: Other business deals which we don't know anything about because the company has been silent
