I won't deny manipulation, as this is inherent to the OTC, but the biggest contributor to the declining SP is the company.
Multiple factors contribute to that:
- convertible debt
- S8 shares
- Shares issued for Services & closing of deals
- Operating cash raised on the public market
- & then we have accounting issues
- TCA loan
- missed revenue targets in 2013 & 14
- & last but not least disgruntled shareholders who bail out
All of these factors contribute to a declining SP.
I didn't list Shorting because that is neglectable...
While the situation looks bleak at this moment things can turn around very quickly!
If Martie doesn't want to lose more credibility he has to report some, if not all of the expected Chinese revenues.
That would signal a big reversal IMO. But words won't suffice. People need to see action, plain & simple...
