His response concerns me -
1) Accountants count beans through the rear view mirror - what does his accountant have to do with putting out a PR. He clearly can't report earnings in the middle of a quarter. He could update on a)has the customer paid the past due invoices b) partners c) source of the revenue with regard to product/transmission etc
2) Minutes tech - routers, servers have the calculation of minutes automated. If he does have a mintes tech this is a red flag to me.
My opinion as always.
PS Can't believe he threw these two things out - so many questions outside of minutes and accounting that he could and should address.
