it was an update out of mgmt on a few fronts

first was the AS (known en route via prelim and def proxies filed in May)

2nd was the court case >> dismissed

both are material events

strongly suspect mgmt files the Q (Q1 FY 2014)
b4 Finra changes out name/ticker/cusip *officially* re: JBI/P2O

ideally we would see Q filed AH"s (after hours) Friday
with an update out of mgmt PRE Market Monday

again >> imo >> entity will try and reset 52 week low clock if given
the oppty edit >> 6c *set* back in Jan..

if we don't see the Q filed AH's on Friday

the next *ideal* time for it to be filed >> would be AH's on 7.3.14

because mkt is closed on 7.4.14

and update *ideally* out PRE Mkt on Monday .. 7.7.14
