Absolutely true on both counts.
They fell off the cabbage truck about five years ago. Some, who are repeat victims such as in other pyrolysis scams, fell off the cabbage truck even longer ago.
It's simple to avoid these scams...just ask the person or company seeking your investment dollars to provide evidence of value before investing your money. If they can't be bothered then it means providing that evidence is an insurmountable hurdle for them and they'll look for weaker prey.
