of course most could read the prelim proxy back on 5.29.14
and figure out that the AS would be raised by 100M shares
because mgmt indicated exactly *why*
here's a hint >> BoD candidates will get some of those shares
waiting to see when the TA changes out SS for P2O
suspect we'll see Q filed first b4 Finra's housekeeping and TA changes
but that is just my opinion
