First, this industry is so new, who determines the authenticity of the certification?
Second, it's not a requirement in California to be certified. Third, once your certified you must stay certified, which means more bureaucratic red tape. We just became current after nearly 2 years in the dark. Now armed with capital access, Bud-G now is positioned to transition from development to growth stage.
