I think you captured it... Skeptics reign... and with good reason.. Not you, as you are so close to the process, but even you have been lead down the primrose path before. So if it ain't in black and white, it ain't happened... I am sure the plane will be at the show. Will it be operational? Will it be maintained approved? Probably, I thing people are looking that this in not just a bygone conclusion but something that is not a goal for the airshow... Given the discussion we have all had, the expectation that the engines are on and all the other stuff, means that this part of the process should be done... The gap to bridge is between you saying it... and the PR coming out to prove it. That would help many others get on board
