No one responded to my question of how much time a company has to file an amendment to a 10K. If Newbroker is correct & its indeed 6 months after the FY end this would imply Monday, maybe after hours, but no later than that right?! Knowing Martie waited for a Q & K until the very last moment it is very well possible that he comes out of the gates on or before Monday. Lets hope so...
