PROPOSED CHANGE
Consideration of definitions, provisions and permission of facilities in the Town’s Official Plan and Zoning By-law for facilities licensed under the Federal Government’s Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (SOR/2013-119) (MMPR) and Industrial Hemp Regulations (SOR/98-156) under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
