Somewhere around four years ago OXBC hit a low point of 10 cents. Yesterday the bank's pps hit a lofty nine bucks a share. For those with patience, maybe you should put a bank or two on your watch list. CIBH is one that is following in the footsteps of OXBC. The pps is now at .57, as of this post, and it's quarterly report will be out in July. Anything positive in that report will probably move the pps to the buck level.
