They don't need much money, living out of a trailer and getting mental health disability checks each month.

There's easy money to be made of anyone who lacks the ethics to take advantage of these "crazies" on another stock scam after JBI ends. All two billion people with internet access know who the easy marks are.

It's a no-risk proposition for whoever wants to take their money, since the Nutters seem happy to be defrauded out of their savings, and always shift the blame away from the culprit to the invisible PROs.
