Isn't this clearly dilution? We have been down this road with HIMR before - going back-and-forth, speculating as to whether or not this is a buyback. At the end of the day, in the past, it was dilution. How is this time different than before? I could understand it if they had some revenues, but nothing seems to have changed. IMO
