Good Question. It would appear that whatever ailed them before is ailing them again. Given that this coincided with a OTCMarkets fumble, I am inclined to think that this is either a book keeping issue (i.e. someone forgot/couldn't pay the bill), or, something big is afoot.
Given that the Zeus web page was reported as revenue generating and it, too, is offline, I can only assume that they are either in serious financial difficulties, or, they are preparing for a major corporate change (i.e. buyout, merger or restructuring.)
If we throw in the fact that Kerry has returned and is assisting, I am more inclined to believe a major corporate change is afoot.
However, in the end, these are all guesses and we won't know until they reveal the details.
