Agreed we cant be giving away free money though!!
If these MM's are allowed to sell stocks at 10% difference then the price listed,
They keep the difference. So they make 10%.
The short saves 10% and whoever is selling if they sold a market order just lost a lot of money!
Why would anyone have sold at .0962? They could have sold above .10 at .103 or so.
This is a sale at lowest price on purpose to lower the PPS for motives.
Unacceptable bid skipping and dumping!
If you get caught short you get caught!
