As long as nothing ever happens they will always be in 'negotiations'.
The ultimate carrot on a stick.
A year from the AGM announcement bagholders will still be insisting 'negotiations' don't just happen overnight and that it is complicated.
Just like they are doing now at 7 months after the statement was made at the AGM.
They make this out to be some sort of process that is so overwhelming it will take months on end to agree on a contract to sell a piece of machinery.
