I think a good example of that is back when bill put out the time line on the build out. he expected to have the license by a certain date. I don't think he ever meant to be misleading and they certainly got the building done on time. Unfortunately nobody can predict the government's ability to get something done. So now we are here waiting and feeling disappointed and impatient.
