OTCM Company profile, updated by SK3 in middle April 2014, deleted Exec VP position altogether along with the positions of SK3 Director of Operations (Michael Choo, Director) and SK3 Consultant (John F. Burke, still the cosigning officer at AEGY).
In Q1 2014 fins (period ending March 31, 2014), Benz was listed as Executive VP of SKTO.
Hence, per OTCM profile, the available data indicate Benz left the building as Exec VP after March 31, 2014. More data would be useful for confirmation.
Benz is still listed on OTCM Company profile as General Counsel.
