POSSIBLE NO ON SELLING, ONLY FORCED MARGIN SELLS!
There are the two ways that the firm will force sales of shares, and they can choose whichever they want.
If their leverage ratio dropped below a certain threshold more likely this
then the gain was about 20-25%, some firms force at 40% some much lower!
But that was a extremely quick loss, if someone was planning on transferring in funds or anything to cover, there was no time, it opened up 10-20% immediately!
