They have improperly interpreted the SEC notice discussing Dark Pool data. FINRA as a blanket process is providing all ATS reporting through all markets and exchanges, this has somehow been contrived that all ATS reporting is in fact dark Pool related. Just like all generalization fallacies for the OTC, if it happens this way on the exchanges therefore it must happen the same way in the OTC....lol
But I am for one am all for shutting down the evil OTC Link ATS and it's obviously seedy dark pool..... lol.. please do... really do us all a favor and shut down the centralized market for OTC.
