There were people that were trying to figure out who NTEK was dealing with and who would carry the products.
The company did not come out with a press release like they have with Google.
If you read the article about Google, are desperate for a android based 4k Streaming set top Box!
NTEK now also has gained protection, sometime big companies will try and steal your technology and produce something similar, that they are not really allowed. They will just threaten to sue you over and over!
now NTEK has the reverse situation. (Ntek will send with Google's support) or Google will send a cease and desist order to anyone who dare thinks to steal NTEK's ideas or technology!
No company wants to try and start a legal battle that they will loose with Google! It would just be wasted money!
