ISML is finally moving forward. Been holding since that crook Hot Stock Ace pumped and lied to investors about this back in March 2012.
At closing for the day ISML is up 89.29% for today alone ! Keep in mind this is a VERY LOW float stock. A slight breeze can cause this gem to rocket north. We are seeing this unfold today.

SM International Initiates Restructuring As A Holding Company

ISM International, Inc. CEO Mario Quenneville, is providing this update to shareholders as relates to important company events.
First, the company would like to announce that it is dually listed within the USA on the Pink Sheets with the symbol ISML and on the Frankfurt Exchange under symbol S5K.
Second, the Company wishes to announce that it has decided to restructure into a holding company and will be proceeding with a reorganization to enable that transition.
The company's best selling product - Biosolvant® - was formulated in 2006, and has been widely distributed through several retail drug store chains with great interest. Mario is now working with a new team of professionals who are versed in wide scale rollouts in order to structure an appropriate distribution model to enable wider distribution and acceptance of product. Biosolvant® and other formulas licensed to ISM International have potential for multiple consumer products and those product lines will be explored thoroughly.
ISML's main focus will be MyGirl™, a trademarked brand name for a "Green" and "Organic" product line of cosmetics created by CEO Mario Quenneville. These cosmetic products are all biodegradable and organic in nature, having no manufactured harsh chemical base.
As we enter the product rollout phase, our first line of selected products will be launched in two main areas that comprise a $2.5 billion dollar market in the United States.
