The SEC knows what's really going on here. However I'm reasonably sure that they have investigated people with links to BGL and the role of certain individuals connected to that company rather than taking an interest in investigating SRGE or MSJ.

People like the Renbergs, the Sass's, the Barnet's and so on and so on.

The only people that haven't been investigated Federally or in any regulatory capacity by the SEC as far as I can tell is the one company the bashers say is being investigated - SRGE
