(1) Such options vest as follows: (i) 1,000,000 on March 31, 2014, (ii) 3,000,000 in increments equal to 1/36 per month during continued service for the Issuer, (iii) 2,000,000 which shall vest upon achievement of certain performance based milestones as set by the Issuer, and (iv) 2,000,000 upon certain stock price targets as set by the Issuer.
