I believe he can atleast say something to bring a little confidence back, without jeopardizing anything. It's not like KMAG trades defense missiles, or is in a top-secret field of any sort.

As far as bashers go, I think that'd be a poor excuse not to issue an update. Hell, Obama has millions of bashers but that hasn't stopped him from holding up in the race.

People are taking serious losses right now and it has more to do with 5 weeks of silence than it does being grey.

If nothing else, he just needs to say business continues to grow and investors will be updated as soon as reasonably possible, regarding uplisting.
