that is why 100k was spent on the CFO's hire in March (50k in stock)
and 285k was spent on the audit for the K's filing (6.4.14)
yep .. 385,000 would be spent to dress up P2O
it's remarkably stunning how few *PROs* >> know the process
sort of like (look a goldfish in a goldfish bowl) NV SOS changing out
AS when it was (gasp) noted previously via company filings
