Does it matter? Is the speed of progress due to his part time status or by a schedule he cannot move up. I would rather my CEO have another job to make a living than to dump shares into the market to make a living. Because once the company does move it will be so diluted...we all lose.

Comes down to if you believe the revenues or not. If you do then the company is real. How he manages his expenses is not an issue unless they were high to percent of revenue, which they are not.

Your points 3 to 5 again revolve around whether you believe in the revenues. If you do, then we will eventually be told and all will be OK.
