the details of the capital raise noted in the May 6 PR below are, once said raise is completed and other milestones are met, the JV would be finalized.

Well, the May 28 PR said the merger/JV WAS finalized-implying the capital raise had ALREADY been completed.
As far as traders know- if they can even remember what from a promo players mentality is ancient history -part of the capital raise may have been Dannys personal $650,000 infusion of capital.

So I would think logically the completion of the merger- turning a shadow of a company into a vibrant company, especially given Dannys successful history, and implied completion of the capital raise- was a good thing- and there's been no change in news re those things to impact pps.
