the question is why-you would think that all the principals died in a plane crash or something worse (from the tunnel vision of a promo traders perspective), when the launches noted by the 1st May 28 PR are no doubt still in motion.
To drop 1/2 in a couple days without any bad news-in fact w good news -though maybe not the instant gratification some in this microwave generation always chasing the instant magic bullet may have expected -is typical of the flipping mentality of the penny market where everything is played like a paid promo, even though there isnt any promo.
I surmise last Thursdays PR was played like a promo on the assumption there would be no more news for some time and thus some could take their almost instant profit w the view to play the next chase or buy back in after a pps drop later in anticipation of the next PR. From a fundamental long term perspective I hate these promo flipping magic pill games.
Though they arent limited to pennies. I've seen totally illogical reactions-noted as such by analysts who cant figure out the trading mentality either (and they do this for a living as supposed experts) to solid blue chips PR's and financial reports also. E.g WMT fell dramatically once even though the quarterlies beat revenue and pps expectations- and I've seen the opposite -pps rise dramatically on worse than expected news for both blue chips and pennies-with no clue by me or experts to the traders psychotic mentality. As a quick study I've never spent so much time investigating a subject while learning so little because the illogical emotional unpredictable aspect of trading far outweighs the extremely limited fundamental logic, for those who have even heard of the concept of logic.
