Taber I think you need the NP-1, that is the whole point
I think you need the NP-1 for Bandwith and streaming issues! Ultraflix is for 4k and 3D content, which you need to be able to view.
Did you get anything like the cables or anything with your TV? I am just curious as too the quality of the picture!
