AEGY 10-Q shows no revenue (sales). As there has been clear anecdotal evidence of cash sales through PJ, the question is: why has AEGY reported zero revenue? This begs to a second question, why would another firm acquire a company that is heavily debt laden and records no sales despite an active online sales platform serving portions of CA?
