Mr. Michael Modeski, Mike has been President of OTC Link LLC since April 1, 2011. Mr. Modeski has over 15 years of experience in the financial markets, with a focus on the OTC markets. He joined to OTC Markets Group in 2011 after serving as Director, Broker Dealer Execution Services and Sales at Citigroup, and previously served as the Director of Execution Services at Lava Technology, a division of Citigroup. He served as the Director of OTC Equities at Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and held several management positions at Pershing, primarily guiding its OTC trading operations. Mr. Modeski has served on several industry committees including SIA Reg NMS Committee, Sungard Reg NMS Committee, STANY Trading Issues Committee, NASDAQ Bulletin Board Committee, and Pink Sheets Customer Committee. Mr. Modeski graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1995.
