Honest answer: Bulls make money, Hogs get slaughtered.
I have been buying dips since January, haven't sold any.
I am currently not wanting to buy more, but, if it dips enough I feel I have to just to average down my total.
Now, that said, If you currently do not have your limit of shares, I think it is a good time to buy more now, with the understanding that it may dip.....but, if we get the license while your waiting for a dip, then you miss the current pps.
So, what it comes down to is rather or not you feel comfortable with your current share amount. If you do, then wait for a dip. If not, then you may come out better in the long haul to buy now.
