Of course, polite and positive as this response from Crayola was,
it still is quite a big CYA post on their part.
As we continue to explore innovative solutions and understand emerging technologies in this area, there are also other opportunities to broaden the program and how our markers could be repurposed.
Meaning: we also are discovering that pyrolysis ends up a net negative as a "green" initiative, and we're going to have to COA ( .... OUR ....) somehow by finding alternate "repurposing" of these markers. SH&T!
Still, it was a polite response.
What else would you expect from a big corporate bureaucracy .... Yes, we screwed up ......?
