Time will reveal the truth.   You could be absolutely right but the SEC is not infallible IMO. The Blog from Mike the Pike seems to show a second CEO who was also blindsided as Jeff Reid claims.  MIKP has found a MM and is filling a 211.  My faith in the U.S. Government always being accurate isn't at the level you believe them to be.  Good luck with that.
