Jerry, I don't think Bill has ever promised a buy back or dividends. He has discussed them as a goal, and there's a big difference there.

Heck, I don't think he's talked about either since bringing John Germinario on board (I could be wrong), and I'm glad. Talk is cheap and without action, think license (which is out of Bills control), we end up in a position like we are now.
