Fraudulent statements from MMG?...As I recall they publically challenged KMAG to respond to all of their accusations. To date KMAG has not responded. Why not?

To date has anyone proved MMG wrong? Is it your job as a shareholder to prove KMAG is legit? I thought it was the job of KMAG and more specifically the ceo to provide valid information.
