You may be correct on the buy back-some on I-dud say they sold billions at 4 and 5 and could easily buy back at .0001, but my best guess is buy back begins immediately with revenues. If they get the permit to start operations, the money will compound fast, including many new orders and eventually the Tigerlynk, which IMO is the goose that lays the golden eggs.
