Hopefully it won't come to that, for if I remember correctly, a much more well informed person than myself told me some 6 months back or so, that if it came to that, that then, we might be looking at 3 to 4 years before any kind of a resolution. For just remember that the sec like so many other gov agencies or corporations, have the ''eternal attitude'', ie that they're working for the ''eternal'' good of the agency or corporation. His, they don't have the ST attitude that most individual investors have, who aren't willing to wait so long!
So, no! We don't want to go that route unless we absolutely have to!!!
