You're spot on IMO.  Liljeff has been whining for months about needing to unload his shares.  Even when we were on pinks and in the .015 range he made threats.   Week after week its the same MO, I'm "going to dump shares".  He doesn't hold shares, he is simply another "tool" in the bashers group trying to get people to dump their shares.  Pathetic way to make a living IMO.
