Rate could be higher or even lower. However, as there is historical precedent for 0.0003, it appears to be a fair assumptipon. There is also the interesting fact that Mayor and Burke did not disclose the conversion rate as they did with these other notes. Could it be lower? Lest we forget, SKTO and AEGY are strictly of, by, and for the insiders and their cronies as were all their other penny stock schemes.
