Just my opinion but if that deal is real then it is a bad deal. You would have 1 mil restricted shares that you could not convert for up to a year and who knows how long you must wait to execute the warrants. Shows how desperate the company is to get $5K. If I am wrong then I would like to hear why and other opinions. Easier and best to buy on the open market.
