My Opinion is the R/S will be done when UP-Listing will add value
Remember the fact that this stock pays a dividend means that you will have either more shares or a cash dividend, which is looking like it could be a good amount by the Up-Listing time! currently at 10% of profits going out to shareholders!
These Next two weeks are HUGE to determine the Market price of NTEK's shares! We HAVE ONLY TRADED FOR 2 HOURS SINCE THE HUGE NEWS!! and NOW PEOPLE HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT IT ALL WEEKEND!
If the stock seems to be being taken advantage of or manipulated, or the Company Decides that the Up-Listing will increase it's value Long-Term
and..
Shareholders are on board with it then maybe, I just feel that they the stock to rise to the $1.00--$2.50 range on it's own before considering a R/s to make the Nasdaq!
NTEK has stated that they do not want to list at $4.00, I believe they said they want to be in the $5.50-$6.00 range at least on the Nasdaq. Basically a little bit higher then the absolute minimum, this was stated at one of the shareholders meetings, I forget the exact wording! But I agree
