This was a concerted effort by those who wish to have a cheap entry price and with the Company blessing. There was a reason for it. Only 5500 shares were sold at .35 and 1000 shares at .25 after it was stable at $1.100 to $1.10 for many months. Nothing was happening. Now at these levels we are seeing some volume. This will continue for exactly one week. On June 27, 2014 a promotional campaign will start were the stock will immediately( if not sooner) go to $1.00. Then the volume will kick in. Either the stock goes to 3 dollars fast or just trades at $1.00 for months on volume. The entire float is 1.7 million shares and most of it in tight hands. This, in my opinion, is a way to buy back much of the float. Why?
1)The company has a signed JV with a major company on lithium ion batteries for the California Factory
2) Merger with China Mobile or another major company
3) forward split
