You don't understand how Scar works! By the time he's pumping a stock, he has already front-loaded shares! While he's screaming BUY BUY BUY, he is the one selling shares to the newly-created bagholders. I've seen it multiple times from him. He did it many times on liehub. I followed him very closely for awhile watching his actions.
